Listrak: Email, SMS & Identity

Listrak has been an excellent solution for us at the Ready Store. The system is intuitive and user-friendly. The analytics are detailed and relevant. The tools available in Listrak have allowed us to personalize campaigns, and see excellent conversions. Our Listrak rep has been awesome to work with, the Listrak team is always quick to respond to questions and help us to utilize the platform fully.

We recently completed onboarding with Listrak and I was impressed with the hi-touch service we received. The overall competence of everyone we worked with gave me confidence in transitioning four different brands simultaneously.

Our Project Manager provided a roadmap and weekly status updates on our progress. When any questions arose, she immediately responded with follow-up steps and solutions.

Listrak's technical team handled the integration with Shopify and the data passing to Listrak. It was critical to have Listrak's help building templates and the logic for automated journeys inside our four separate accounts. Listrak has been an incredible partner in optimizing our CRM strategy. This Listrak app takes our Shopify Plus data and multiplies it in unbelievable new ways. We have been able to launch some really personalized, unique campaigns using the Listrak app. It enhances what we are already doing in Shopify. They provide account level support, a thorough knowledge base, responsive chat, and even an after hours phone that I've called into when needed. We've been using Listrak for a few years and transitioned, a couple of months ago, from Magento 2 to Shopify Plus. Listrak almost did a "White Glove" integration for us. They led the entire process and were attentive to the smallest thing. The transition was so much easier than I expected and their account Team was extraordinary. Like our initial integration with Magento 2, Listrak has a specialized team that makes integration seem simple. Basically, just follow their instructions and it will be smooth.
