Listrak: Email, SMS & Identity

We migrated to Listrak about 9 months ago and could not be happier with our decision. The Listrak on boarding team made the move quick and easy, taking care of all the details for us and keeping us on track to launch in a timely manner. From our first encounter with Listrak to our everyday dealings with our Account Manager and Support, the level of customer service has been top notch. Customer support is always an email, chat or phone call away. The transition to Listrak has enabled us to rapidly and effectively enhance our email and SMS marketing strategies. I would recommend Listrak and their amazing CS team wholeheartedly.

We moved from a manual legacy Listrak integration to this new Listrak app. Install was quick & easy. Logged into our account and validated a few account settings. Even more information is collected and seamlessly passed from Shopify into Listrak for targeting and audience creation. The data and attribution seems to be more accurate with the app vs our previous legacy integration.

We have been working with Listrak for several years and recently migrated from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Shopify Plus and Listrak made the migration effort easy and painless for us. Their dedicated team took care of most of the work and kept us on track so everything was ready in time for our re-launch. We migrated to Listrak right before the holidays last year. I was a bit worried about the short lead time to move over before holiday sales and email sends ramped up. However, the Listrak app which connected right to our Shopify store made this part of the migration a million times easier than I was anticipating! Having moved from other ESP's in the past, the migration of historical customer data, product feeds, etc cut down the migration and simplified the process immeasurably!

The API integration was seamless and drafting up and sending transactional messages has been super easy. Their support is also top notch - I love being able to call or email and always get thorough answers. Listrak genuinely cares about their customers and it shows.
