Listrak: Email, SMS & Identity

We moved to Shopify in Merch and then transitioned from Klaviyo to Listrak in July. We expected the process to feel overwhelming, but Listrak made the transition incredibly smooth. Eric, who led the migration of our program, was outstanding. He took the time to truly understand our brand, our goals, and how we communicate with our customers, which made a noticeable difference in how well everything aligned after the move.

The team took the time to make any corrections that were needed and carefully verified everything throughout the process. The customer support is also wonderful! Our dedicated Customer Success Manager, and the support staff through their direct chat feature, seems to respond almost immediately. We are able to do pretty much anything we can imagine with email because their team is willing to help us to figure out how to do things that may be a bit more technically difficult.

The amount of data they ingest and allow us to utilize is also so great that we've been able to use them + Shopify, while not having to purchase an additional CDP. Other businesses may be different, but the point is, their data, reporting, and segmentation abilities are everything we've needed.
