We’ve been with Listrak since Bronto sunsetted in 2022, and it’s been an outstanding partnership from day one. The dashboarding and reporting functionalities are robust, giving us the insights we need to make data-driven decisions. Our current account manager has been instrumental in keeping us on track with ongoing optimization initiatives, and we truly value her expertise and support. The customer support is also wonderful! Our dedicated Customer Success Manager, and the support staff through their direct chat feature, seems to respond almost immediately. We are able to do pretty much anything we can imagine with email because their team is willing to help us to figure out how to do things that may be a bit more technically difficult.
The amount of data they ingest and allow us to utilize is also so great that we've been able to use them + Shopify, while not having to purchase an additional CDP. Other businesses may be different, but the point is, their data, reporting, and segmentation abilities are everything we've needed.
