Absolutely perfect, connection was so quick! Support staff were brilliant and helped me through the whole process - link to tiktok is working brilliantly and synching my inventory almost immediately? Highly recommend and will be rating and recommending to tiktok sellers as well

Perfect app. You can publish anything and its really easy.
Highly recommend LitCommerce for integration of Amazon, eBay, Etsy etc....I explored many other options which promised seamless integration and none of them delivered. LitCommerce in contrast delivered in spades and their customer service team is top notch. Always willing to help and support new businesses like myself. Response is near immediate. Life changing app. I loved the support provided by Louisa for the account set up.
I'm new to Shopify and Litcommerce (but 18 years in ecommerce). Just setting up Shopify and moving from a new platform. Litcommerce looks like it'll be the marketplace connector I use, having trialled a few others.
Marketplaces are the centre of my business model so finding the right software is critical. Good customer support is of equal value.
I've found Litcommerce worked well out of the box, but a couple of things weren't right for me. I contacted support, who quickly responded and fixed/added the functionality I needed.
I'm still on the trial so this is a good sign. If they continue to provide the same level of support and assuming I don't hit any major problems, then I'll be signing up with them in the next few days and hopefully sticking with them indefinitely
