We've been using LitCommerce's integration app to link our Reverb marketplace with our Shopify store, and we couldn't be happier. The integration works seamlessly, effortlessly syncing our product listings and orders between platforms. What truly sets LitCommerce apart is their impeccable customer support. Their live chat response is lightning-fast, ensuring that any questions or issues we encounter are resolved promptly. Hands down the BEST customer service I have EVER recieved in 8 plus years of working with apps on Shopify. The amount of time this app and customer service has saved me can not me measured. They literally stayed on chat with me as I set everything up and pointed out things to fix, etc. I have tried other apps similar to this that I could NOT get to work correctly as we have a large catalog. I had reached out to other apps in regards to the same thing with no resolve. This App , no problem at all!! DO NOT THINK TWICE DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!

I really liked the customer support, if it weren’t for the manager he would probably have given up filling it halfway through
Absolutely perfect, connection was so quick! Support staff were brilliant and helped me through the whole process - link to tiktok is working brilliantly and synching my inventory almost immediately? Highly recommend and will be rating and recommending to tiktok sellers as well
The best experience integrating channels in it, if i have any issue the support team help me in every single session.
