The app is incredible. Intuitive, powerful, adaptive. 10x better than the other apps I've tried to use to list my Shopify products on Amazon.

The customer service team behind this app is nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I reached out with my initial queries to the final stages of setting up my listings on Amazon, the support team was there every step of the way. They were not only thorough in their explanations, ensuring I fully understood each aspect of the process, but also incredibly knowledgeable, providing insights and tips that went beyond my expectations. What stood out the most was their responsiveness; every query was met with a swift and comprehensive answer, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. It's rare to come across a team so dedicated to their customers' success. Highly recommend!

This App is an absolute GAME CHANGER. I've been listing to Ebay for years and have tried more than 14 apps over the years I'm sure. Probably everyone that is in the app store and this one is the BEST. They are VERY quick to respond to any issues and are there every step of the way. It is a breeze to use and saves me hours and hours I used to spend sending items to Ebay.

We installed this app to integrate with Reverb. It's in the beta phase, so there are definitely some kinks to work out, but the customer service (though sadly not available 24/7 and are in an Asian time zone while we're in US CST) has been very good about quickly addressing the issues. They are polite and knowledgeable and I look forward to seeing how this develops.

Funktioniert hervorragend.
Ich habe einige Tools getestet. Dieses funktioniert super. Die Konfiguration ist leicht verständlich gehalten.

The app doesn't work properly. They are telling me that i am having trouble because i don't have GTIN Exemption on Amazon although i have and i am able to sync my product via another app.

The worst thing is the customer service!
Although they seem online, it takes ages to get a reply and unfortunately the customer service representatives are unexperienced.

I don't recommend this app at all.

At least for us the app never synchronized either quantity x price on Ebay.

I hate the fact that we users have to give a lot permissions to install the app and then later we see that the app did not work, BUT the data was already shared.

Avoid it !

I needed to install this to deal with an emergency where my listings stopped syncing and it did the trick. I had one problem but received excellent customer assistance from Ember who solved my problems quickly and efficiently.

We started using LitCommerce about a week ago for integrations to Reverb (music gear listing site). The LitCommerce team is super responsive to questions and feedback on product features. I've been amazed at how quickly they respond...and they have quickly incorporated some new features. This is one of the best companies I have worked with!

I highly recommend their product. Everyone I've worked with at LitCommerce has been amazingly helpful. Great job to their team!

My recommendation would be for this app. The dashboard has been very thoughtfully designed and functions very efficiently. The live customer service is extremely impressive, providing immediate assistance and valuable advice. We are very pleased to have found this app and will be using it across a number of platforms.
