Such a life-changing experience! they made the process incredibly simple. It saved me so much time. Their customer service is amazing; all my questions were answered promptly. Rachel has been such a huge help — she’s patient and guided me through everything step by step. I 100% recommend them!

This app is outstanding. It does everything I need and most importantly, the support staff is unmatched. I ask a question and get an immediate response. The tech team has helped run larger processes in a quick and timely manner. I have never had such a great experience with the helpful and friendly reps. The only problem for me is that Amazon does not import names and addresses on their orders. (They are waiting for approval) but this is something we are working around at this time without too much disruption. After that is done, there are no issues I am aware of. AND...I have almost 80K SKUS so they are handling a large qty of SKUs. Highly Recommend.

This app is reasonably-priced and functions correctly to sync inventory and sales between Shopify and various sales platforms. Support chat is responsive and generally helpful.

Absolutely impressed with LitCommerce and their support team. Every time we’ve had an issue or even a tricky question, support responds almost instantly - even in the middle of the night in their timezone?! They really go above and beyond, looking into the smallest details (including our custom HTML) to make sure everything works.
