Pauline was very helpful in walking me through the complicated process of connecting my products to my Etsy store. I had been working on it for 3 days and was quite discouraged. Pauline stayed by my side the whole time while I practically cried on her shoulder as I was trying to understand all of the things that were needed to get through the process. I had to start over so many times but Pauline carefully showed me where to navigate to keep moving forward when I really was ready to just throw my hands in the air and call it quits. Top of the line app. They customized our integration from Shopify to Woocommerce and have been very helpful in working with us to achieve our specific needs. Most importantly, it works!

Great app for integration with Etsy and Ebay. We've always had excellent customer service with LitCommerce and any issues have been resolved quickly. They are very attentive and it seems at least there is an actual team supporting the app vs. a "one-man show". I love supporting the little guy, but time sensitive matters like a web-store sometimes need more hands on deck.

Initially there were some issues when connecting our Shopify store to Etsy, but after a quick message, support escalated the issue and came up with a solution by the next morning when I woke up! The app seems to always be getting new updates and so far we have not run into any major problems that caused much headache. As with any integration app, LitCommerce has some unexpected problems, but overall our experience has been very positive and I believe they deserve a full 5 stars.

This app is outstanding. It does everything I need and most importantly, the support staff is unmatched. I ask a question and get an immediate response. The tech team has helped run larger processes in a quick and timely manner. I have never had such a great experience with the helpful and friendly reps. The only problem for me is that Amazon does not import names and addresses on their orders. (They are waiting for approval) but this is something we are working around at this time without too much disruption. After that is done, there are no issues I am aware of. AND...I have almost 80K SKUS so they are handling a large qty of SKUs. Highly Recommend.
