Strong app to connect with my Shopify store. I do find that some workflows could be easier and more intuitive - but once things get sorted out it works fairly smoothly. I do wish that there was less for me to do to initiate the listings being added to my Reverb store, but for the most part it works pretty well.

Delivers the basic functions you need to get live on Tiktok/ebay with relative ease. The item set up/configuration can be a little clunky, but it does work.

I had a recent configuration issue that I was convinced was on my shopify end, and through great support from Mona it was determined it was a configuration in Lit Commerce. The issue was addressed quickly and greatly improved our order processing with TikTok.

App is good but has a long way to go until it is great. It's verbiage and process could be streamlined better. Their support system is great, they will take the time to discuss and investigate issues you have. But, it could definitely use some layout updates and simpler processes of settings.

LitCommerce is exactly what you are looking for! Connects perfectly with other sites and is simple and easy to use! Only Docked 1 star because it's a bit slow to update to and from different apps. TBF we're dealing with thousands of listings...

Great app for Shopify–Amazon integration. The only drawback is that customer or address information can't be imported from Shopify to Amazon. Otherwise, it works well for creating product listings from Shopify to Amazon. The excellent part is the support—they reply quickly whenever you need help.

The platform is very user friendly and easy to learn. I moved to this platform from Marketplace Connect (Codisto) to help manage my walmart listings. Setting up the templates and applying them is super easy and convenient. All the support staff has been very quick to help and easy to access. If the first level support can't help, they quickly escalate the issue and get it resolved in a matter of a few days, unlike Codisto who tooks months. After issue resolution, the first level support follows back up and always eager to help. It's nice to know I have a team on my side.

Awesome support team, patiently helps to guide us through the settings for Walmart. I hope they'll make support through video calls an option, though. It would've made setting things up so much faster!

I have paid and tried many of the Ebay Integration Apps, and found LitCommerce to be the best in Support and as a functioning program. Most of the Developers do not use the their own software and don’t realize what is truly needed. LitCommerce Is different in that I never feel lost. Menus are all plain and clear. I love being able to view the products in Large and small Versions (Editing mode). Quit wasting your money and time on other Apps and dive into LitCommerce instead. I have not been paid for this review. I really am a paying customer.
