Worst customer service and the app isn’t working.
LitCommerce App Review
LitCommerce is a powerful multi-channel eCommerce management tool designed to streamline and simplify the process of managing multiple online stores from a single dashboard. As a user, I found the app to be highly intuitive and efficient in handling various eCommerce tasks.
One of the standout features is its seamless integration with major eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce, along with popular marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. This makes it incredibly easy to list and synchronize products across different channels, saving valuable time and reducing the risk of errors.
The inventory management capabilities are robust, allowing for real-time updates and avoiding overselling or stockouts. The automated order processing feature is another highlight, ensuring that orders from all channels are centralized, making fulfillment straightforward and efficient.

So far, this is the only app I have found that connects to Walmart Canada and On buy UK, and syncs items without errors. I tried a couple of other platforms but they had too many errors. I really wish that they will add Walmart Mexico soon.
The customer service is excellent as well. I am very happy with app.

I really like using LitCommerce. The sync and inventory mgmt is great! It shows orders in real time and has been a huge stress relief knowing my inventory is correct! Great help center as well.

"This app is fantastic for managing our Amazon and eBay stores, and I can't emphasize enough how responsive and friendly the support team is. If you're juggling multiple ecommerce channels, this is the app you need. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Connecting each marketplace is simple. Everything is pretty explanatory but if you need help then the support is amazing. I have tried several platforms but Lit Commerce is the most helpful support team I have experienced so far. -TBG
