LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +

Okay, so I've been using LitCommerce for my Shopify store and honestly, it's been a lifesaver! It does everything - listing products, keeping track of orders, even helping me with my marketing.

At first, I thought it looked kinda basic, not gonna lie. But don't let that fool you! This thing is seriously powerful. Plus, their support team is AMAZING. Whenever I've had a question (and trust me, I've had a few!), they've been super helpful and quick to respond.

Great app for two-way syncing shopify inventory and sales with ebay and customer service is extremely helpful if you have any issues!

The app can be a bit confusing at first when you have multiple sales channels. But the customer support is helpful and responsive and the app is very useful

We had tried other multichannel solutions on the Shopify App Store prior to LitCommerce and for one reason or another were forced to explore other options. Our experience with LitCommerce has been nothing but exceptional. The product itself is nearly perfect for our current needs. Pricing is fair when compared to the current market. Their support team is one of the best we have worked with (and we deal with a lot of support teams.) Feedback, feature requests, account inquiries - every contact has been treated above and beyond what one would expect from online support these days. The product is great, but in our opinion, the care and professionalism of the support team makes them the best option on the marketplace in our opinion. We encourage anyone branching out into the multichannel waters to give this product a test before looking elsewhere. One note: Amazon has employed a more restrictive approach to their API in recent years and 3rd party developers are required to go through a highly complicated and lengthy application process to receive customer address information for orders. LitCommerce is in the process of the application; however until it is complete, address information will come in as randomized strings for Amazon orders and will need to be obtained manually through your Amazon merchant account. It is our only current negative and is not a deal breaker for us but it would be unfair not to mention.

I have tried NUMEROUS cross-listing apps, but none of them were quite right until I found LitCommerce. This has been an absolute game-changer for me crosslisting from Shopify to eBay and Etsy. It saves so much time and the fact it automatically deals with inventory across all the platforms makes it so much easier. Harvey has been an absolute gem with my queries. Definitely recommend LitCommerce as your one-stop crosslisting app!

I've been using LitCommerce with 2 eBay accounts, 1 Etsy account and 1 Shopify store for around a year now. Support has always been very good and available when I needed it.

Listing items to multiple sales channels used to be an absolute pain - now I list once in Shopify and then LitCommerce syncs them to my other accounts. The features I particularly like are the ability to create a recipe of settings for individual sales channels. An example of this is a recipe of settings such as refund policy and shipping policy for eBay that is only applied to that channel. I have another recipe for another ebay channel that offers free postage - when I list with that recipe LitCommerce automatically reduces the postage to zero but increases the sale price of the item as configured by me.

All sales across all channels are synced in to my Shopify account which allows me to manage inventory and see what the best selling items are etc. Where available, email addresses are also imported to Shopify - handy for news letters etc.

I do find LitCommerce saves me a lot of time. My review skims over a lot of features but they offer a free trial so you can see if it fits your needs.

I've tried all the tools and made quite a mess of my inventory trying them out. I swore I wasn't going to try any more integration apps, but I reluctantly decided to try this one in a weak moment of desperation.
WOW! THIS is how all the others should work, and I have been able to tease our the issues without causing further issues. They are very clear in their messaging about what will happen if a setting is enabled, which caused me to pause and reconsider where other products wrecked my systems. Furthermore, their customer support was quick and helpful in correcting the remaining issues! Harvey helped me on a Sunday to sort through SKU and linking issues, and was very polite in the process.

Cross-platform listings are really difficult, but LitCommerce has finally made it a lot simpler. I think I can finally get back to running my business instead of my business running me! THANK YOU!

We have been a multichannel online store for many years, utilizing some higher end and costly solutions to manage our listings, inventory, and orders across all of our channels. Litcommerce does all of the above and does it at a very affordable price. We transitioned over to Litcommerce back in June and haven't looked back! We highly recommend this app!

Pauline is the best! I am in the process of migrating two different brands over to LitCommerce, from CED Commerce, as the software is much easier for us to use, particularly as we list on a large number of marketplaces. I screwed a few things up during this process, and Pauline has been patient with me, communicated clearly, and got us up and running in next to no time!

Using LitCommerce to integrate Shopify with eBay and Etsy accounts for about a year. Support is always very good and available.

Managing multiple sales channels is working very well. Once I had the templates and initial integration complete it has been very easy to add and manage listings.
