After searching other similar tools, I'm going to settle on LitCommerce. My store has 10,000 listings and I need a tool that "just works." As important as functionality is the support. During my trial period, I had instant full access to live chat. No leaving a message and waiting 12+ hours for a response. VERY impressive. During onboarding, all my questions and mistakes were answered and clarified. Looking forward to putting LitCommerce through it's paces.

When eBay discontinued their Shopify app in December 2022, those of us who used it were all charged with finding a new integration platform. After trying another popular app that left me sorely disappointed, I decided to try LitCommerce, and I am very pleased with my decision.
I am giving LitCommerce 5 stars because, while there *are* occasional issues (and the occasionally frustrating time difference between the US and Australia), they are *immediately* responsive when available (..time difference). They provide good and thorough help and even request - and implement! - suggestions that better the user experience, which is the real kicker for me. I really value the idea/feeling that they are a "partner", much more than with other apps I've used via Shopify.
Of note: I do not use LitCommerce with any other external sales platform, but if you're looking specifically for an eBay integration app, choose this one! You won't be sorry.

At first I was a bit aggravated with getting everything setup, but I eventually got the hang of it.
However, we came into an issue where we were getting a LOT of errors on items that were time sensitive, so I reached out to support.
Ember was AMAZING and spent a good 2.5 hours with me on getting the issue resolved FAST!
Guys, reach out to support if you need help. They are TRULY AWESOME at what they do and can get any issues resolved that you may have.

Two days ago the Facebook sales channel was not working with my lit commerce account. I asked for help and they were on top of it! In two days the technical team solved the issue with my account. I was worried it was going to take like a week. but nope they kept me updated along the way and guided me how to navigate the software as they needed to test the back end. please be patient with this company they know what they are doing. its not easy working round the clock dealing with people
