This app is amazing. It's super easy to use and has a great guide with specific and easy to follow instructions. Maybe the guide needs to be a little bit clearer since I misunderstood one of the steps. Audrey caught on and cleared the matter for me in just a few minutes in a very efficient, straight to to the point without leaving anything out way. She didn't deviate, she dove right in.

The support is fast, friendly, and really responsive to what I need. In addition to answering my questions, she also provided me with information that would be helpful to me, which helped me a lot in using it

This app has helped me sync my stores, I started on Etsy/Ebay and now use Shopify as my main store and sync everything from there.

Support on Litcommerce seems very good too from my early experiences.

So far the customer service has been excellent and the app seems to be working.

The support is fabulous and you always get answers to questions you may have and its not from a BOT.

I've tried several apps in this space with varying degrees of luck and LitCommerce is by far the best yet.

It took me some time to get my templates in order but once done, the integration between my Shopify and eBay stores is perfect. The price is right and for the couple of times I've had to use their support, they've been extremely helpful and quick to resolve my issues.

I definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to sync listings & inventory across several channels.

The support team (especially Rachel) have been very responsive to all my questions and issues. The tool does what it says on the tin and is saving us a lot of time.
