Great assistance and just a click away.
So far the app has helped me monitor my FBA stock as well as my FBA/FBM order. I have not used any of the other channels. The support has been good.
I was looking fintegration of ebay, Amazon and Etsy - and if not the simple and pretty intuitive software would have convinced me; Ruby provided outstanding support when I had a few questions. She even proactively told me what I could do better and how to make the most use out of their features. For any seller who is looking for a simple but very powerful way to sell on marketplaces: Give LitCommerce a try!

amazing live support. very patient. she walked me threw every thing step by step, from linking my market places on both Esty and tik tok, and importing products, correcting sync errors, and helped me make sure that the orders where syncing to the shopify main store. I'm super impressed. highly recommend.
The support team I worked with for several hours was knowledgeable and helpful. The chat was available almost 24/7, and whenever I got stuck with the new system, they were there to quickly configure each platform for me. I highly recommend this app, especially for those who may not have the technical skills to handle everything on their own.
This app works well with Reverb.com and syncs the available quantities with each. Customer service via chat is very good, and fixes any issues quickly.
