Unfortunately Lit is not as LIT as it used to be.

They do add features and that is great!
What isn't great is when they remove time saving features and you are forced to figure out a workaround that takes 10 times as long as it did before.

1 instance being if you have a product in Shopify that has say 5 colors and 10 types. You list it to Etsy, then add 2 more types in shopify, you can then tell it to update the variants from shopify and it will do that so you don't have to add them all via etsy's interface.

With ebay, you could do that, now you can't, you have to add them 1 at a time using a different page.

Reasonable price and saves time syndicating your product information to your sales channels. Customer support is great and ensures you are setup for success.

I find it very helpful that they respond to my questions via chat immediately. They also solve problems when the system doesn't work as expected. I've been using them for over a year now and trust them.

Lit has given us a simple way to get our products listed in more than one venue. Their representatives are responsive and helpful, I would recommend Lit to any small business looking to improve their visibility and growth.

La aplicacion es bastante buena, la uso para la mayoria de mis marketplaces aunque me gustaria ampliarla a todos pero aun no es posible. El soporte casi siempre esta disponible y resuelven todos los problemas sin coste adicional al de la propia app

The app works well, there is a bit of a learning curve to get it to work. However, the support staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I mainly use it with Ebay integration right now. I will be moving to the Amazon integration but can tell it will be an additional learning curve there.

Strong app to connect with my Shopify store. I do find that some workflows could be easier and more intuitive - but once things get sorted out it works fairly smoothly. I do wish that there was less for me to do to initiate the listings being added to my Reverb store, but for the most part it works pretty well.

Excellent App! Saved me many hours of creating listings on multiple platforms. This simplifies with added features and to modify listings based on different platforms on go. Addition to that excellent and prompt customer service. I recommend to everyone who use multiple platforms.

The product itself could use some useful stuff like api triggers and the ability to self-cancel jobs. But I have to say, this is the best, most responsive most honest customer service you will ever get in your life. Much better even than shopify itself. They are always informative, honest, quick and thorough. Honestly, if it was not for the customer service being incredible, I might not keep my subscription. But I will keep my subscription just because of customer service. Absolute rockstars.
