We tried this app for a week and it was not straight forward to use, restricted features on ebay when posting products through the app, however we cancelled our free trial yet 2 weeks later we got charged!! shopify showing non subscription with this app and yet they used our credit card information to charge us!?

The Reverb integration is unreliable. I have been using this for the last couple of weeks. Although it has a nice interface, it is, without a doubt, the buggiest app I have ever used. I have had to reach out to customer support staff on a nearly daily basis to fix something broken; Often multiple times a day While they are friendly and responsive, it is a huge hassle. I am convinced that I am the first person to use this app and no testing was done prior to launch.

This sync is user-friendly, and light years ahead of the others I have tested. In addition, with support, Ember has assisted with the implementation and promptly answered any questions. Could not be happier.

I am just getting started with the LitCommerce app after trying another major integration app. I can already tell that LitCommerce is far superior, with a much more intuitive design and smoother glitch-free operation. Best of all, their customer support is the absolute best! Hanah just spent all the time we needed to get everything up and running, and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient throughout the process. So far I would rate LitCommerce 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

We installed this app to integrate with Reverb. It's in the beta phase, so there are definitely some kinks to work out, but the customer service (though sadly not available 24/7 and are in an Asian time zone while we're in US CST) has been very good about quickly addressing the issues. They are polite and knowledgeable and I look forward to seeing how this develops.

The app doesn't work properly. They are telling me that i am having trouble because i don't have GTIN Exemption on Amazon although i have and i am able to sync my product via another app.

The worst thing is the customer service!
Although they seem online, it takes ages to get a reply and unfortunately the customer service representatives are unexperienced.

I don't recommend this app at all.

Complete waste of time. Lacks even the most basic functionality and outsourced customer support are useless. If you have a large amount of products, this is not the app for you.

After some teething problems the company has been of good assistance in sorting out my feeds. It wasn't straight-forward for me and I found it a little tricky to navigate things. However, they have worked very hard to sort it out for me and I will continue to update this review moving forward.
They certainly want happy customers and have put in effort for me. Thank you.

I have not used this app for very long; just trying to configure it now, but I was given seven days extra for a trial, and the support is excellent!!
Ember is so friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work guys!!
