I am very impressed with this app. I tried several apps to post to Amazon, and none of them worked quite right. This one works, and has the benefit of a couple other features that the other apps didn't have 1) if there is an error pushing your listing to one of the channels, they tell you. And it tells you what the error is so it can be resolved. Many of the others are just "black boxes" that require support 5 times a day. 2) being able to add custom content to the Descriptions (such as meta fields from Shopify) was HUGE for me. It's the only one I know of that does that. Finally, when I have needed a bit of help, Support has resolved my questions within 12 hours or so every time. Forget trying to find 5 apps to do the job that this one does all on its own.

Best app we've used so far. Everything is clear and provides guiding tutorials. Customer support had been really helpful, especially Rachel who gave nice, quick and precise answers to any questions we've had :)

With all the good reviews I guess I must be the first Shopify to Etsy user. This app is a mess!!! Stuff is broken every time I use it. Yes they have fixed several of issues I've reported, but seriously I should be getting paid to test this software. At the very least a discount, this app is super expensive for being so broken. (Like some things so bad it makes me question did this thing ever get beta tested on a live Etsy shop?). For the last 12+ hours I can't get my new Shopify items so I can export to Etsy, and half my Etsy items in the app have errors all of a sudden. The other day support literally dropped off the radar for ~24 hours despite saying 24/7 support for paid users like I am, then emailing me telling me about time differences? If I can't even rely on this for Shopify to Etsy, I don't even want to attempt syncing to Ebay. Which was my end goal, one app to simply being on multiple stores. I'm going to stick with the remainder of my paid month, and may or may not update this review on how this app improves or not.

I have been searching for a platform that checked all the boxes for what seemed like forever. Most of the things I needed would cost upwards of $80 a month and I just couldn't afford that. Upon using this platform there was a bit of a learning curve but the customer assistance is immediate. Louisa spent hours with me helping me iron out all the details (and this was in the middle of the night for her with the time difference). Having fast and helpful customer service in this world is worth more than money, as its saving me hours of trial and error on my end.
