I have some requests to custom some features to match my business and I must say the guys at litcommerce truly go above and beyond the normal call of duty. They actually care about their clients' experiences with them. With a fantastic price, I can use this program to manage my inventory and effortlessly publish listings across various selling platforms (Etsy, eBay). I offer unique products, thus this is extremely vital.
The application and interface are simple to use and extremely clean. It has some flaws, but a very responsive development and customer service team takes care of them right away. For me, this is not a big deal when they can resolve it in manner time.
I look forward to working with LitCommerce in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a way to link multiple sales channels.
After searching other similar tools, I'm going to settle on LitCommerce. My store has 10,000 listings and I need a tool that "just works." As important as functionality is the support. During my trial period, I had instant full access to live chat. No leaving a message and waiting 12+ hours for a response. VERY impressive. During onboarding, all my questions and mistakes were answered and clarified. Looking forward to putting LitCommerce through it's paces.

Easy to use app, but most of all wonderful support whenever you have a question or need a hand with anything. Seamless integration with Shopify and eBay. I only have great things to say about LitCommerce.

I am still testing this app. It seems to be working well, there is a learning curve, but I am taking my time and getting better.
I am really however wanting to talk about the customer service. Because I feel a reputable good company means that there is good people that are there to help you. I am really impressed with the customer service I got with help making sure something was working correctlly, (Hanah) helped me a lot. I was actually really impressed because I am used to customer service people not being able to understand me or not fully understanding the issue and when I checked Hanah already understood perfectly everything I said, and there was no need for me to check.
The point is, I would choose a company that even wasn't perfect but had GREAT personable customer support, over a company that might work better, but had terrible customer support. So I will be upgrading to a paid plan soon, AND I was told you can request a refund as well. Which is comforting to know, since the paid plans allow you to test out all the features.
So this is a very legit service. With a very clean design, and actually rather simple once you get the hang of it. Thanks for all the help! And have a great day ! ;)
The support provided to me was excellent and it resolved my issue successfully. I would specifically want to name the support provider Ember.
Ember was absolutely stellar today! Even when the error was on my end, she was incredibly patient with me (literally hours of patience). I hope to work with her again soon!
I have been using the app for a time now the app preforms excellent. when I have question the help is always right there for support and quickly resolves the issue.
I was assisted by Nick Nguyen in technical support, he was fast intelligent and knows the application very well. This app solved everything you need to link Shopify from amazon and facebook marketplace.
