Litcommerce has been working great for us with our Shopify-Reverb integration. If we run into any issues, their support team is extremely attentive and responsive!

We`re using LitCommerce solely for TikTok at the moment, but with plans to go to other marketplaces. We tried other apps before, but there was always something wrong - they don`t have the market we need, or they don`t have the feature we need, or the customer service is not quite helpful. LitCommerce, on the other hand, was a next level experience, especially their customer service team. Honestly, no matter how big or small our issues were (mostly me skipping the tutorials), they were always there for us and sorted everything in a matter of hours (more often - minutes). Very good app all around. We use it to sync listings from our website to Reverb. Couldn't be easier. Very straightforward. Plenty of options to do listings manually or automate if desired. Excellent customer support made the integration seamless.

I am not good with technology and I was completely overwhelmed ready to give up when I started this but after contacting customer service it was so much easier! There was no wait, they were very patient and kind and completely walked me through the whole process of getting my items listed from start to finish best customer service experience by far!

Honestly what can I say. The team at LitCommerce have been great. This app is by far the best I have found and used. It has helped me double my business. The customer service team are very responsive and help with even the smallest of enquiry. I highly recommend this app. It's worth the money!

These guys and gals on on the ball! I had a question, typed it in and walked away from my computer. Within minutes I had answers by text, email and the original message. I was very impressed at the customer service level!!
