LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +

I've never thought of leaving a review mid-set up, but I'm writing this as Ember is helping me solve each and every issue that comes up in real time!! She responded to countless questions pre-sale and promised she would walk me through installation. As soon as I installed the app she took over the support chat and has been at my side the entire time.

The dashboard looks great and appears complete. Syncing sales channels and importing products takes seconds. So far errors have been easy to find and solve. Products are easy to find and sort through. There's a lot to this app.

I'll update the review once I'm finished setting it up, but first impression is the cost of the app is minimal compared to the support I've received.

It's now about 2 weeks since my installation. Lit Commerce works! It's maintained my inventory without any issues.
It is SKU based, so you'll need to make sure all of your products are SKUed and that the SKUs are maintained across any and all platforms you use. That is where you will run into problems if you're not prepared. We identified a few improperly SKUed products quickly. As soon as we made corrections, Lit Commerce immediately synced those products.

Listing products to outside platforms like eBay and Etsy has been a breeze. Searching for the proper eBay categories when listing isn't the best, but once you figure out what the search bar needs, you can do it without any problem. Item specifics you would expect to find on eBay, for example, are all there. Where you do pick up speed is by creating and using templates in Lit Commerce. They are basic information templates that quickly fill a lot of the boxes that are required by individual platforms. I can create a listing on Shopify and cross post to each outside platforms with just a few clicks.

The dashboard is clear and easy to understand without needing any instruction. Linking existing products across platforms is very fast and easy as well. Editing products is easy. Bulk editing is easy... get the point?

I have not had any real issues at all with Lit Commerce, What I thought were "issues" during installation turned out to be SKU problems on my end. That's not Lit Commerce's fault. With that said, I have had questions and it's very easy to reach support.

Speaking of support, I still have Ember, the same support staff that answered my pre-purchase questions. Anytime I have a question, I simply add to our ongoing chat and ask. She's always had an answer that worked. Always friendly and always a personal reply, never a copy/past reply that you see so often.

So far so good! It's been a great addition to my store. Lit Commerce does what it says it's going to do and the support has been excellent to say the least.

After eBay discontinued their app, I had tried one other alternative app that was suggested by shopify, but that other app required too many steps compared to the old eBay app and had issues syncing, and could not edit the SKUs that were put in from the old eBay app. LitCommerce's app was able to import my existing eBay listings and link them to my Shopify listings and sync quantities/prices without issues, and allowed me to edit the SKUs that were put in from the old eBay app. The most important part is that it did not require much effort and time. This is important to me since I do the Shopify/eBay store work on evenings and weekends. I had one issue with syncing one listing, but it was helped by Jessica who provided me step-by-step instructions, and stayed available until we resolved the issue. One minor issue with the linking button is that it doesn't work on mobile devices so I tried on a desktop computer and the popup for linking appeared. I wished this app was on the suggested eBay alternatives by Shopify so I could have checked it earlier.

I love this App! I had been looking for a way to integrate my Shopify store with Etsy, and this is the only app I found that works. I love that you fulfil all orders within Shopify and you don't need to worry about changing prices or inventory across multiple platforms, it is all automatic. it's great that customers get notification emails as well from my Shopify store to help drive traffic to your website. The customer service is fabulous on the chat. always so helpful.

We have been using the app for about 2 months now for connecting Etsy and Amazon. Firstly, I will say that the support and customer service are responsive, professional, and friendly. The connection with Etsy worked very well, and allowed us to create Etsy listings with a calculated shipping profile, which was a step above the competition. However...
The Amazon channel connection is EXTREMELY problematic. Orders will not automatically import to Shopify, they must be manually synced. In addition, if you intend to fulfill the orders through Shopify, you will then have to manually copy and paste the customer & shipping information from Amazon into the order in Shopify. We have also found instances where the app added inventory back into products in Shopify (with no apparent concurrent event to cause it), causing us to oversell. Most recently (the straw that broke the camel's back), the app suddenly automatically imported a 2 month old Amazon order into Shopify (an order that had already been imported back on the original date of the order), at a time when we were not even performing any tasks in the app, in Shopify, or in Amazon. We hope that LitCommerce can get these issues corrected at some point in the future and will be happy to give them another try. But at this time we will be switching back to SellBrite.

After eBay's Shopify app was ended late 2022, I felt uncertain with what I was going to do for my business. Thankfully, LitCommerece has been excellent. They're miles better than eBay's own app and the support has been lovely. Very thorough and detailed help. I'd definitely recommend them, especially if you sell on multiple platforms. I hope to have a long lasting relationship with this growing team.

This App is an absolute GAME CHANGER. I've been listing to Ebay for years and have tried more than 14 apps over the years I'm sure. Probably everyone that is in the app store and this one is the BEST. They are VERY quick to respond to any issues and are there every step of the way. It is a breeze to use and saves me hours and hours I used to spend sending items to Ebay.
