LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +

I was looking for a replacement to the Shopify eBay app since it was being discontinued and decided to go with LitCommerce due to the good reviews. The support has been great during the entire transition process as I experienced a few issues. (Linking items, unknown eBay category, items not updating to eBay, inventory)

My Shopify store has about 80 items with variations but the same items that were already on eBay did not so LitCommerce was unable to link them. Ultimately I had to delete the items from eBay and then re import them via LitCommerce to get them linked which may not be an option for stores with a large amount of items however this is not the fault of LitCommerce. They do offer an All-In-One listing package where they will do all the listing of items for you if you do have a large amount.

Regardless, they stayed online for several hours across 2 days and fixed the issues on their end to ensure everything worked. Yes there are obviously some bugs but it not an easy process to integrate multiple systems as there are so many different scenarios and combinations. The fact that they are willing to fix any issues you have as soon as they can means they are committed to providing a great product and it will only get better as more users come on board and more issues are discovered and fixed.

The interface is simple and easy to use, you can request new features, support is excellent, price is on par with other apps

Easy to use app, but most of all wonderful support whenever you have a question or need a hand with anything. Seamless integration with Shopify and eBay. I only have great things to say about LitCommerce.

I highly recommend this app, not only because of their features but for their immediate and friendly prompt chat support in any regards, THANK YOU.

I am still testing this app. It seems to be working well, there is a learning curve, but I am taking my time and getting better.

I am really however wanting to talk about the customer service. Because I feel a reputable good company means that there is good people that are there to help you. I am really impressed with the customer service I got with help making sure something was working correctlly, (Hanah) helped me a lot. I was actually really impressed because I am used to customer service people not being able to understand me or not fully understanding the issue and when I checked Hanah already understood perfectly everything I said, and there was no need for me to check.

The point is, I would choose a company that even wasn't perfect but had GREAT personable customer support, over a company that might work better, but had terrible customer support. So I will be upgrading to a paid plan soon, AND I was told you can request a refund as well. Which is comforting to know, since the paid plans allow you to test out all the features.

So this is a very legit service. With a very clean design, and actually rather simple once you get the hang of it. Thanks for all the help! And have a great day ! ;)

This is great software, easy to use and navigate. We only had 1 issue which was our single listings trying to link to an amazon multi listing. We got in touch with the litcommerce team who sorted this out for us very quickly.

The team at Lit Commerce does exactly what they say they will do and even more. I used their service to migrate my existing Amazon web store with over 8000 products to a new Shopify store I was creating. I created the website and did the merge but did not check it up until almost 2 months later. I noticed I was now missing new products that I had listed on Amazon after the first migration, so I had questions, reached out to them and the team got back to me as fast as they can and provided stellar service honestly. After having questions about both Amazon and Shopify web stores, they had answers that were incredibly useful and I was able to learn a lot about their platform along the process. They were exceptional, and I was able to migrate all of my products with ease after it being explained to me by one of their developers on how to do it. I will definitely continue to use this product for my other brands I manage as well. Two Thumbs WAY UP for Lit Commerce. I recommend it to all looking for a way to relieve yourself of the daunting task of moving over your products to a new platform, especially if you have thousands of products. You can get it done with ease using Lit Commerce.

Litcommerce is great! So much easier to use than InkFrog and Sellbrite. Excellent communication and support. They are willing to go the extra mile to get your business running smoothly on eBay.

Not ready for primetime. It seems like a nice app, but I have to contact customer service every day because it just stops working. No reason. It wont sync shipments to eBay or Etsy consistently, and sometimes it takes over two hours to update to Etsy but they tell me that's "Normal." It might be ok for small sellers but if you have a lot of sales, just remember, you get what you pay for.

Not ready for prime time. I almost always have a ticket open in regards to something not working right.

They have Very nice support people which is great but if the software is buggy that can only buy so much runway. I have to run a business here and I am sad to report that can't rely on LitCommerce to perform as expected.
