very helpful and completed the issue very quickly
App is very good and intergrates well with all platforms. I would advice watching all the tutorials first as it really does make things easier but I have to say I found the support to be excellent and bery helpful.
We use LitCommerce for syncing our inventory, as a used retailer we really put a strain on their system; apps like this are usually designed around a set number of SKUs not a revolving door like what we have. That said, the app takes it like a champ and the couple of times it had a hiccup or we needed an extra feature built in they had it done in like a day. Can't recommend enough for high volume retail
LitCommerce and their support team is unparalleled, they have gone above and beyond to see that I can get my shop set up with ease. It was an explosively awesome experience with LitCommerce.
Great app! I rarely write reviews, but at this point I just have to say that the app works great. But it is at least as important to mention at this point that you have real support and the people are
1. super nice,
2. very knowledgeable and helpful (best regards to Chloe and the rest of the staff!!).
3. Eliminates problems and works in a very solution-oriented manner.

they were prompt in their replies and tried there best to help solve the issue.
I did solve the issue myself but Jean still explained to me about how the issue occurred so I have better understanding of what happened.
The app is great and user friendly, it has a guide and pop on what to do and is over all seamless.

Don't waste your time. It does not push tracking information back from your Shopify store to Amazon - the most basic functionality. Why does this app even exist. Do better, Lit. The app is definitely not "lit".

Customer service is really helpful and get back to you fast, also UI is very user friendly and easy to navigate. So far loving the application!
