Only have bad things to say about this app. I've used another app in the past for Ebay, and it worked great, was able to download 10K+ products in less than 1-2 hours, very user friendly and never needed to reach out to customer service.
Add to try another app for a new channel that we now have, and this one is a nightmare. To upload multiple products, you have to uplaod from Shopify, then upload through their templates, then uplaod to the desired channel. For 10K + products, I'm now at 3 days of upload of work.
Some download stopped at some point for no reason, and gets frozen. You then have to reach out to customer service, who solve the problem in 12 hours. So you cannot do anything by that point.
Also, the pricing mentions X$ for X number of listings. But if you list your items on 2 channels, it means that your listing will be doubling, and therefore you have to take a new subscription tier. For 10K+ products, I had to upgrade to the 20K listing because I had 2 channels. Knowing that upfront, I would have chosen another app, doing the same thing, but way less expansive.
I regret a lot taking this app, since now after all of this work, I'm considering just deleting everything and moving on to another app, as the monthly pricing is probably 5X the other available app on the market.

Disappointing Support Experience – Be Cautious
I wish I had read the reviews before trying this app.
First, there is no demo or one-on-one onboarding—support is offered only via chat, and it can take a very long time to get a response. Most of the replies feel like canned copy-paste answers from documentation, rather than real help.
A major issue arose when dealing with parent/child products that already have UPCs but aren't listed on Amazon yet (i.e., needing to create a new ASIN). Support insisted that I apply for a GTIN exemption, which is incorrect—GTIN exemptions are for products that don’t have UPCs, typically generic or private-label items.
Trying to explain this was exhausting. After nearly 4 hours of back-and-forth, I gave up.
The app shows potential, but the lack of live support (even paid options) makes it very hard to trust—especially for sellers managing thousands of products. If you're in that category, be cautious before committing.
Stay away, if you have variants and need to submit to Amazon it's impossible, support is inefficient and it's full of errors, they tell to make crazy complicate metafields to fix it, absolutely not recommended, much easier to do it directly on Amazon
Dose not work very well with Amazon and Walmart. Seems like a great idea but software needs more development and intelligence. Seems to be a Alpha or Beta product still. Had issues like multiple listings on amazon and unable to read product categories. Also had field descriptions not able to read Shopify data fields like color. Support was friendly and eager to help but not able to get to work and received a lot of customer service canned answers. Learning videos are great but not able to get me to the finish line. I put around 15 hours in support to many nights past 1am EST. Support seems to be in far east and only able to reply from 9pm to 8am. Probably will be a great product as it matures. Not interested in being thier R&D while paying for service. Free version dose not give you ability to use product so I paid for premium.
This app is garbage! You can't sync orders or SKU's! Seriously? I wasted so much time setting it up. All the basic features don't work on the free plan!
The ap didn't do what I needed it to do and was unclear, even after talking to assistants.
There is no way to cancel this ap on shopify, no cancel button.
I contacted them to cancel it, they said they would not charge me.
They have charged me. I am now trying to get a refund.
If you had a CANCEL PAYMENT button, you would not be getting a 1 star review.
This is the 3rd time I am trying to stop this ap.
Just taking peoples money, with no way to cancel it, is really bad practice.
I will be reporting this to my bank fraud team.
Worst customer service and the app isn’t working.
Do not use this app if you don't want to HURT YOUR REVENUE. This app keeps messing up my options on Etsy for several listings. I basically had to talk to them every day to fix this, then the day after some options in my listings were REMOVED again. I DROPPED REVENUE BADLY because of this technical bug.
We tried this app for a week and it was not straight forward to use, restricted features on ebay when posting products through the app, however we cancelled our free trial yet 2 weeks later we got charged!! shopify showing non subscription with this app and yet they used our credit card information to charge us!?
aware the sync function,made me feel very confused, hard to use,waste my time!
