Worst customer service and the app isn’t working.
App is easy to use and understand. Even if you do need help they always respond in a timely manner. I highly recommend. It's more expensive but worth it.
So far so good. I've had this set up for a few days now and so far it's been excellent. The customer service section have been extremely helpful. They have helped me to get the features I need. I am hoping this proves to be as reliable long term as it has been so far.

App is very good and intergrates well with all platforms. I would advice watching all the tutorials first as it really does make things easier but I have to say I found the support to be excellent and bery helpful.
We use LitCommerce for syncing our inventory, as a used retailer we really put a strain on their system; apps like this are usually designed around a set number of SKUs not a revolving door like what we have. That said, the app takes it like a champ and the couple of times it had a hiccup or we needed an extra feature built in they had it done in like a day. Can't recommend enough for high volume retail
We`re using LitCommerce solely for TikTok at the moment, but with plans to go to other marketplaces. We tried other apps before, but there was always something wrong - they don`t have the market we need, or they don`t have the feature we need, or the customer service is not quite helpful. LitCommerce, on the other hand, was a next level experience, especially their customer service team. Honestly, no matter how big or small our issues were (mostly me skipping the tutorials), they were always there for us and sorted everything in a matter of hours (more often - minutes). Always friendly, too. Rosalie and Rachel - thank you for your help.
The support team is incredibly helpful whenever any issues or missteps on my end happen.

My help has always been all that I could have wish for. Rosalie was great to work with. I have always found Harvey and all of the gang at the help desk very courteous and informative. Being somewhat computer illiterate and not very well acquainted with the rules of Amazon, they have been a great help.
Customer support is very helpful. We had a bit of an issue transferring from Sellbrite but Louisa has done a great job smoothing over some issues we have had.
