Ember was absolutely stellar today! Even when the error was on my end, she was incredibly patient with me (literally hours of patience). I hope to work with her again soon!
LitCommerce is such an AMAZING app! To date, the customer service and tech team has exceeded our expectations and have even created certain features for us. Two days ago the Facebook sales channel was not working with my lit commerce account. I asked for help and they were on top of it! In two days the technical team solved the issue with my account. I was worried it was going to take like a week. but nope they kept me updated along the way and guided me how to navigate the software as they needed to test the back end. please be patient with this company they know what they are doing. its not easy working round the clock dealing with people

I have been using the app for a time now the app preforms excellent. when I have question the help is always right there for support and quickly resolves the issue.
great support and very fast response team I impress! Their support almost 24 hours like 7-11 minimart OMG!!
I was assisted by Nick Nguyen in technical support, he was fast intelligent and knows the application very well. This app solved everything you need to link Shopify from amazon and facebook marketplace.
The support provided by both Ember and Hanah has been fantastic getting the sync up and running for my Shopify store and eBay and Etsy.
I worked with Ember for most of the time. She was responsive and helpful. I linked up my ebay site to a Shopify platform and purchased an all in one service. There were a few teething problems which were sorted efficiently. Thankyou Ember and team for all the hard work!
