Hands down the BEST customer service I have EVER recieved in 8 plus years of working with apps on Shopify. The amount of time this app and customer service has saved me can not me measured. They literally stayed on chat with me as I set everything up and pointed out things to fix, etc. I have tried other apps similar to this that I could NOT get to work correctly as we have a large catalog. I had reached out to other apps in regards to the same thing with no resolve. This App , no problem at all!! DO NOT THINK TWICE DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!

Great app! I rarely write reviews, but at this point I just have to say that the app works great. But it is at least as important to mention at this point that you have real support and the people are
1. super nice,
2. very knowledgeable and helpful (best regards to Chloe and the rest of the staff!!).
3. Eliminates problems and works in a very solution-oriented manner.

If you have a high SKU count, I do not recommend you go anywhere near this app.
It's been a horrific couple of weeks trying to sync just Amazon to Shopify, let alone multiple sales platforms.
We are still selling items at our Shopify prices on Amazon, where they should be marked up to account for Amazons fees and postage as per the pricing rules we have applied in App. Prices that show as £5 in LitCommerce selling on Amazon for £3 etc. Wish I'd never moved from my old setup.
Absolutely perfect, connection was so quick! Support staff were brilliant and helped me through the whole process - link to tiktok is working brilliantly and synching my inventory almost immediately? Highly recommend and will be rating and recommending to tiktok sellers as well

I really liked the customer support, if it weren’t for the manager he would probably have given up filling it halfway through
The best experience integrating channels in it, if i have any issue the support team help me in every single session.
Litcommerce is a good app for syncing Shopify with various platforms. It isn't very easy to do without the help of the helpdesk but they are very helpful and talk you through it on a live chat step by step. Once you have done it once it then becomes clear how it works very quickly, so overall a good app to use.
