Hands down the BEST customer service I have EVER recieved in 8 plus years of working with apps on Shopify. The amount of time this app and customer service has saved me can not me measured. They literally stayed on chat with me as I set everything up and pointed out things to fix, etc. I have tried other apps similar to this that I could NOT get to work correctly as we have a large catalog. I had reached out to other apps in regards to the same thing with no resolve. This App , no problem at all!! DO NOT THINK TWICE DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!

I'm using the app now for a longer time and I'm happy with my decission to move to LitCommerce solution as I was not happy with another app. Customer Service is awesome and reacting time very quick. I can definitely recomment this App!!!

they were prompt in their replies and tried there best to help solve the issue.
I did solve the issue myself but Jean still explained to me about how the issue occurred so I have better understanding of what happened.
The app is great and user friendly, it has a guide and pop on what to do and is over all seamless.

The app is incredible. Intuitive, powerful, adaptive. 10x better than the other apps I've tried to use to list my Shopify products on Amazon.
The customer service team behind this app is nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I reached out with my initial queries to the final stages of setting up my listings on Amazon, the support team was there every step of the way. They were not only thorough in their explanations, ensuring I fully understood each aspect of the process, but also incredibly knowledgeable, providing insights and tips that went beyond my expectations. What stood out the most was their responsiveness; every query was met with a swift and comprehensive answer, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. I am looking for a program that would allow me to transfer products from POD operators to at least Etsy, Ebay and Amazon. This LitCommerce offered multiple channels at a suitable price and setup/use proved to be easy, at least for the first two online stores. When implementing Amazon, I faced the complexity of the website and without LitCommerce's instructions and the help of the chat channel, the implementation would probably have been left unfinished.
We are so happy with this app and the LitCommerce team. It integrates very well with our marketplaces. It keeps our inventory sync'd in all locations and pushes all the orders into our Shopify store.
With the few issues we have encountered, the team is very responsive, unlike many other apps we have used. The price is very fair for what the app does. We recommend this app to anyone that needs these features, and a great and responsive customer service/tech team.

Would definitely recommend this app! It's easy to use and even the free version has the listing templates which is super helpful. I had my items listed in minutes.
