A great syncing app for eBay & OnBuy, for me. I had a few issues with OnBuy. But Harvey has been great with the tech team to investigate all the issues. And getting them fixed. Highly recommended.

This app works as promised and provides majority of features demanded among merchants. Inventory sync works fine, user interface is alright.
It is possible to open the user interface from mobile phone and to use it (desktop version opens though, but that is not a big deal).
It is very affordable and flexible when it comes to pricing. Support is simply great, I have contacted about 5-7 times them and got replies within minutes.
To sum up, I recommend using this app, most likely it will work fine with your needs.

very helpful and time saving app works well.
makes it easier to import items and synch. between different stores or marketplaces.

Just started to use this app, but can already say it's very intuitive and convenient to use, move listings to channels, and publish them.
Very good and fast customer service!

Just starting to use this service and there has been some glitches and errors in the beginning but customer service has done a great job at being resourceful and helping resolve the issues I have been facing. A step by step tutorial would be useful for new users as well as different ways to sort your listings. Also, a way to auto import new listings from eBay to Shopify would be great. Overall I am satisfied and will continue to learn how to navigate & maximize use for the app.

At least for us the app never synchronized either quantity x price on Ebay.

I hate the fact that we users have to give a lot permissions to install the app and then later we see that the app did not work, BUT the data was already shared.

Avoid it !

Always pleased with LitCom. Support reply quickly, and get anything resolved very promptly. All support staff I've used over the years have been decent.

App works well and has many more features (such as order import into Shopify from marketplaces) that I couldn't find elsewhere :)

I had it for 1 day to try it out, it's not good so i canceled the next day and still got charged for a full month.
