LitCommerce eBay Etsy Amazon +

Unfortunately Lit is not as LIT as it used to be.

They do add features and that is great!
What isn't great is when they remove time saving features and you are forced to figure out a workaround that takes 10 times as long as it did before.

1 instance being if you have a product in Shopify that has say 5 colors and 10 types. You list it to Etsy, then add 2 more types in shopify, you can then tell it to update the variants from shopify and it will do that so you don't have to add them all via etsy's interface.

With ebay, you could do that, now you can't, you have to add them 1 at a time using a different page.

1 .CAUTION - Know the Risk.

In order to install this app for a trial you have delete ALL other integration apps, including TikTok Shopify app, Google & Youtube, and Meta for Shopify. If you don't continue using it and you want to reinstall your previous apps you'll be in a serious world of trouble rebuilding your integration.

2. NOT FULL INTEGRATION - verified fact.

This app does DOES NOT have FULL authorized API access to Amazon and some other platforms so it can't be used to fulfill order imports UNLESS you want copy paste customer details, shipping addresses for EACH ORDER.

It's good for syncing price, inventory and editing, pushing SKU listing details to your platforms. The interface is good and syncing speed is great and customer support was really responsive.

BUT YOU HAVE to fulfill orders and shipping DIRECTLY on each individual platform which defeats the concept of integration. If you're a heavy seller or you have numerous SKUS you'll go crazy trying to fill Amazon sales.

Try this app out ONLY if order integration is not important to you.

UPDATE! While Mona was great to work with, closer inspection of my Etsy import revealed tons of details that I had to figure out how to adjust, add, etc. LitCommerce is not at all ready for prime time.

I found that even though I would update listings and then sync with Etsy from LitCommerce, many would not hold and reverted randomly. And other support people just didn't have a grasp on what LitCommerce was supposed to help with and I spent a lot of wasted time with them only to find out LitCommerce would not do this, or wasn't compatible that.

I could have listed my *15* items on Etsy manually using my listings on Shopify in 1/4 of the time I spent trying to get LitCommerce to work.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: My session with Mona just now got me all the way from setting up a pricing and feature plan that worked for me to getting my products from my Shopify store imported into my new Etsy store in just a few minutes. I am IMPRESSED with LitCommerce so far. Thanks, Mona!

not sure how the app works but they advertised 50% off on annual subscription, yet they didn't honor it. send screenshot to agent " Mona " from pricing page sent to me with 50% off and still doesn't honor the offer. maybe the app is working but with false advertising it is not a good start.

I do not recommend using this tool with Amazon. After a year of experience, I encountered numerous issues due to system flaws that negatively impacted my listings. I lost multiple sales as a result of the staff's limited ability to effectively troubleshoot these problems.

Barley works as it should... customer support replies fast, but its pretty much ai replies... they waste your time and run you in circles. Its been over charging me for months and not allowing me to publish any new items, just gives an error. Im paying for 1000 listings and only have 200 live.
They support just gives automated ai replies...

I wouldn't recommend this app, unfortunately. I wish it worked as it promised.

Now that I have used this app for a decent amount of times and have connected 2000 products to amazon successfully with no errors (other API's have been unsuccessful lately with Amazon) I feel I can write a better review.

Cons:
-Address information doesn't import. This is the only reason I am marking this to 2 stars because it's pretty annoying to have to manually add in address information for orders. LitCommerce says they are working with Amazon on this but other API's do it just fine. If you are getting daily orders, you will be doing a lot of extra manual data entry. Because other marketplace connectors import shipping addresses, I know this is possible.
-Support sometimes guides you in any direction, and not the right direction. I have resolve listing errors myself. Overall, they are great though.

Pros:
-It works.
-Clean UI
-Templates / Receipts are cool, but can overcomplicate things. I think you should be able to manually override products that use a template. Silly that I can't change the name of a product because it's locked behind a template.
-Support is fantastic, and "chats" are more like email chains where you can return hours later and continue the issue.
-Depending on sales, it can be less expensive than others.

5-star support. Far superior to Marketplace Connect support, CEDCommerce, and Amazon Integration Plus.

Unfortunately, we had to uninstall the app because it is not capable of syncing customer data (name, address, phone) from Amazon orders to Shopify. We were told we had to manually copy and paste the data for each order.

Not ready for primetime. It seems like a nice app, but I have to contact customer service every day because it just stops working. No reason. It wont sync shipments to eBay or Etsy consistently, and sometimes it takes over two hours to update to Etsy but they tell me that's "Normal." It might be ok for small sellers but if you have a lot of sales, just remember, you get what you pay for.

Wasted 2 weeks of my time. Back and forth with questions about their integrations with OnBuy, TikTok and Etsy. Finally got OnBuy approval, installed LIT Commerce on Shopify only to find that the listings created on OnBuy did not meet OnBuy's minimum standard. Crucially the videos were not sent across either. This is because they just have an API link, not a full integration. So it was not fit for purpose. Service was okay to start with but as soon as the problems arose they were clueless to resolve them. Will go elsewhere and find some software that is more ready than this, which is just a work in progress.
