had such a great experience working with Ruby! She helped me sync my website to TikTok Shop seamlessly and walked me through setting up SKUs properly. She also showed me how to create separate titles and descriptions for TikTok without affecting my website listings, while still keeping the stock count perfectly synced across both platforms. Ruby was incredibly lovely, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process—she made something that felt really complicated so much easier to manage. Highly recommend her support!

The best thing about LitCommerce is the customer support service agents, like Nick, Rachel and more. They really are trained and understand to help you get to the root cause of the issues and help you resolve it. Amazon listings variations took me a long time to understand on Amazon platform, but the LitCommerce team really simplified the whole process, and made me understand it step by step (something that you will never get with Amazon support). Really good support from Nick and the others. I am transitioning from Marketplace Connect (not a fan) and LitCommerce has such a better UI and process for being able to map items from Shopify to both eBay and Amazon. I can not quickly move listings from Shopify to both eBay and Amazon.One caution is that if you need to use this tool to map over orders, you might want to read some of the limitations with Amazon. However, I use it only for inventory and listings so it is not an issue.

Overall the app has worked well to fit our needs in connecting our other channels to Shopify, streamlining our inventory across all channels. We have contacted support several times with questions; Rachel has been very prompt and courteous every time!

We've been using LitCommerce to connect our Shopify primary store to our listings on eBay and Amazon. Their support has been top notch, available at a moment's notice and helping troubleshoot even when the limitation isn't on the app's end but Shopify's API.
