LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +

I am very impressed with this app. I tried several apps to post to Amazon, and none of them worked quite right. This one works, and has the benefit of a couple other features that the other apps didn't have 1) if there is an error pushing your listing to one of the channels, they tell you. And it tells you what the error is so it can be resolved. Many of the others are just "black boxes" that require support 5 times a day. 2) being able to add custom content to the Descriptions (such as meta fields from Shopify) was HUGE for me. It's the only one I know of that does that. Finally, when I have needed a bit of help, Support has resolved my questions within 12 hours or so every time. Forget trying to find 5 apps to do the job that this one does all on its own.

I have been searching for a platform that checked all the boxes for what seemed like forever. Most of the things I needed would cost upwards of $80 a month and I just couldn't afford that. Upon using this platform there was a bit of a learning curve but the customer assistance is immediate. Louisa spent hours with me helping me iron out all the details (and this was in the middle of the night for her with the time difference). Having fast and helpful customer service in this world is worth more than money, as its saving me hours of trial and error on my end.

With all the good reviews I guess I must be the first Shopify to Etsy user. This app is a mess!!! Stuff is broken every time I use it. Yes they have fixed several of issues I've reported, but seriously I should be getting paid to test this software. At the very least a discount, this app is super expensive for being so broken. (Like some things so bad it makes me question did this thing ever get beta tested on a live Etsy shop?). For the last 12+ hours I can't get my new Shopify items so I can export to Etsy, and half my Etsy items in the app have errors all of a sudden. The other day support literally dropped off the radar for ~24 hours despite saying 24/7 support for paid users like I am, then emailing me telling me about time differences? If I can't even rely on this for Shopify to Etsy, I don't even want to attempt syncing to Ebay. Which was my end goal, one app to simply being on multiple stores. I'm going to stick with the remainder of my paid month, and may or may not update this review on how this app improves or not.

I was incredibly pleased with the exceptional assistance provided by Ember and the LitCommerce team during the setup process. They exhibited impressive agility by patiently working with me until both sales channels were functioning smoothly, and they even went the extra mile to make customizations that perfectly met my needs.

Still setting up ... Has a bit of a limit on its functions. It cannot pull all the info in your settings from Shopify, so you have to input some of it again.
eBay accepted the listings without issue, once I had my setting correct.
Help was available through Chat, so that was helpful.
I'm not the best at setting up new software on my PC, so if I've managed it .. with help on the chatline ... then most people will be able to :)

This sync is user-friendly, and light years ahead of the others I have tested. In addition, with support, Ember has assisted with the implementation and promptly answered any questions. Could not be happier.

I am just getting started with the LitCommerce app after trying another major integration app. I can already tell that LitCommerce is far superior, with a much more intuitive design and smoother glitch-free operation. Best of all, their customer support is the absolute best! Hanah just spent all the time we needed to get everything up and running, and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient throughout the process. So far I would rate LitCommerce 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

I was lost and an angel named Jessica helped me get back on track. Patience, Understanding, Knowledgeable, gently maneuvering me on a path I needed to go.
It could not have gone any better. Just fantastic. 5 stars is not enough credit for this individual. Thank You for everything.

looks like they are hiring fake reviewers because this app doesnt function as it suppose to.
had to spend 5 days to explain them how it didnt work, ended up getting nothing but their poor customer service.
they dont even remove your personal information and keeping all product data even if you ask them to remove. it's very suspicious.
stay away and find other app if you are serious about business.

I have not used this app for very long; just trying to configure it now, but I was given seven days extra for a trial, and the support is excellent!!
Ember is so friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work guys!!
