Once you get your head around some of the quirks and it's set up correctly, it works great. The support have been outstanding, very quick to reply and resolve the few issues I had (some of which were my understanding of how to use the system). Very impressed and at a very reasonable price.

I've been looking for a product to sync my inventory between etsy, ebay, and shopify, and this seems to do the trick. Their support assistance is definitely on point. Nearly instant response on chat, and the agent (Harvey) was able to find and fix the problem for me in a very informative way.

I tested out several different integration apps for eBay/Shopify and this was by far the most intuitive. I got my eBay listings live within a few hours and there were so many settings for me to configure and optimize. Other ones I tried were often buggy or had missing features.

The big seller for me was the customer service. I had an issue and the customer service team immediately addressed it and helped me, and they even went above and beyond to fix something additional for me within a day. Highly recommend LitCommerce!

Syncing inventory and orders is fast (near real-time in my experience), which has been a huge time-saver and helps prevent overselling across channels. Creating and bulk-editing eBay listings has been especially easy; the templates and tools make it quicker and more flexible than other options I’ve used.
