LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +

LitCommerce has been soooo helpful in onboarding me. Allowed me to move from Amazon to Shopify and then branch out my whole store to eBay and Tiktok within 2 days!

The best thing about LitCommerce is the customer support service agents, like Nick, Rachel and more. They really are trained and understand to help you get to the root cause of the issues and help you resolve it. Amazon listings variations took me a long time to understand on Amazon platform, but the LitCommerce team really simplified the whole process, and made me understand it step by step (something that you will never get with Amazon support). I am just so grateful for the support provided and wish to continue to grow my company with LitCommerce :). Thanks guys!

Overall the app has worked well to fit our needs in connecting our other channels to Shopify, streamlining our inventory across all channels. We have contacted support several times with questions; Rachel has been very prompt and courteous every time!

We've been using LitCommerce to connect our Shopify primary store to our listings on eBay and Amazon. I had a fantastic support exchange with Mona at LitCommerce to help us learn the platform and untangle some things. Excellent support that helped us learn and adapt our processes to be more effective and efficient in using the platform.

Really good support from Nick and the others. I am transitioning from Marketplace Connect (not a fan) and LitCommerce has such a better UI and process for being able to map items from Shopify to both eBay and Amazon. I can not quickly move listings from Shopify to both eBay and Amazon.One caution is that if you need to use this tool to map over orders, you might want to read some of the limitations with Amazon. However, I use it only for inventory and listings so it is not an issue.

Harvey is very patient and walk me through steps by steps to make sure I understand how to use the app and solve my issues. I've been using them for a year and so far having good experience with the app and their customer service

Hands down, LitCommerce has to be the best app I've ever tried for inventory and product sync!! Not only that, for any issues I've had with setup, the team have been more than attentive, replying around the clock! I'm so happy with this. It works a dream and is already saving me much time to focus on other business matters. Give it a go! Their support has been top notch, available at a moment's notice and helping troubleshoot even when the limitation isn't on the app's end but Shopify's API.

Now that I have used this app for a decent amount of times and have connected 2000 products to amazon successfully with no errors (other API's have been unsuccessful lately with Amazon) I feel I can write a better review.

Cons:
-Address information doesn't import. This is the only reason I am marking this to 2 stars because it's pretty annoying to have to manually add in address information for orders. LitCommerce says they are working with Amazon on this but other API's do it just fine. If you are getting daily orders, you will be doing a lot of extra manual data entry. Because other marketplace connectors import shipping addresses, I know this is possible.
-Support sometimes guides you in any direction, and not the right direction. I have resolve listing errors myself. Overall, they are great though.

Pros:
-It works.
-Clean UI
-Templates / Receipts are cool, but can overcomplicate things. I think you should be able to manually override products that use a template. Silly that I can't change the name of a product because it's locked behind a template.
-Support is fantastic, and "chats" are more like email chains where you can return hours later and continue the issue.
-Depending on sales, it can be less expensive than others.
