LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +

Now that I have used this app for a decent amount of times and have connected 2000 products to amazon successfully with no errors (other API's have been unsuccessful lately with Amazon) I feel I can write a better review.

Cons:
-Address information doesn't import. This is the only reason I am marking this to 2 stars because it's pretty annoying to have to manually add in address information for orders. LitCommerce says they are working with Amazon on this but other API's do it just fine. If you are getting daily orders, you will be doing a lot of extra manual data entry. Because other marketplace connectors import shipping addresses, I know this is possible.
-Support sometimes guides you in any direction, and not the right direction. I have resolve listing errors myself. Overall, they are great though.

Pros:
-It works.
-Clean UI
-Templates / Receipts are cool, but can overcomplicate things. I think you should be able to manually override products that use a template. Silly that I can't change the name of a product because it's locked behind a template.
-Support is fantastic, and "chats" are more like email chains where you can return hours later and continue the issue.
-Depending on sales, it can be less expensive than others.

A comfortable platform for product management, an expert team for support, and an overall positive experience.
It also supports csv product templates so it is easier to edit many products at mass

Alayna was incredibly helpful and resolved all my setup issues quickly and efficiently.
She also gave me great tips on how to use LitCommerce more effectively, which I really appreciated.
The platform itself is very helpful and will save me a lot of time managing multiple shops across different marketplaces.
I'm very satisfied so far – the customer support has been excellent and the tool is a real asset for multichannel sellers. Highly recommended!

Customer Service is great and fast. Easy to communicate with them and they always provide answers and other solutions should they not be able to fix something in the app

LitCommerce has been a smooth and easy tool for connecting our Shopify store with Etsy. The setup process was straightforward, and the interface is user-friendly. We’re especially happy with the fast sync and responsive customer support. Looking forward to exploring more features as we scale!

I'd had some issues with the listings not syncing. Upon using the chat function and receiving detailed and fast support from Ruby, I learnt it was all user error.

Everything is working perfectly now I know what I'm doing!

By far the best app I've used for inventory syncing between Shopify, Etsy & eBay. There a huge amount of functionality within the app and the pricing is reasonable.

I have used more than 10 other listing tools in my ecommerce career and the user interface and setup has been wonderful. I have contacted support twice so far and both times they far exceeded my expectation. I had one small setting off that was preventing my Walmart listings from synching and Harvey helped me very quickly. They seem to staff their live chat 24 hours a day and it isn't an AI bot!

Super quick and helpful with images to show how to fix the problem on my side. Great service!
