A terrible app that ruins your online site. Don't trust it because you'll waste time and money! I optimized my photos using this app and it completely ruined all of them, and randomly at that, so with a store of over 200 products, you can imagine... The photo quality was unwatchable and made the site look unprofessional because I'd never seen such grainy media before, and I even paid €4 for it. DON'T DO IT. You won't be able to go back afterwards and you'll have to manually re-enter the photos. I contacted customer service, who just made fun of me, first telling me that the photos couldn't be recovered and that they would contact the team to let me know what could be done, especially to refund me the cost! I have already notified Shopify and opened a bank dispute. We will take legal action. DO NOT trust them! I'm giving them one star because you can't give zero.
