LE ‑ Store Migration & Import

They helped us with a complex migration from Opencart to Shopify where we had a lot of product options with placeholder text and min/max characters that was really important for us to get migrated into the Shopify site. For the product options we had to install another app recommended by LitExtension. Everything went smooth and we are very greatful to team at LitExtension.

We decided to migrate our shop from an obsolete OsCommerce to a new Shopify shop. We started this project 1.5 years ago, unfortunately we didn't know about the existence of LitExtension (we are not experts on this kind of things, and unfortunately who cared about our shopping platforms didn't tell us about of LE). So we tried obsolete procedures who had lot of troubles, included to not migrate all photos, field incoherence etc.
Fortunately, we discovered about LitExtension and everything changed!
LitExtension team asked us everything we need and started working on. Whenever there was any corrections to be made, they readily made it!
In something like two weeks we are almost ready to change our e-commerce platform!

I used this app to migrate our complete magento shop to shopify. I chose for a migration handled by them compleetly. There was clear communication, and the migration went smooth. After checking I didn't tell them before to migrate the pricesses including VAT so they did it excl vat as standard, but without an additional fee they corrected it.

I used the app and it's just amazing. All the data went like magic without any glitches. Everything went exactly the way I wanted. It saves a lot of time and it's just wonderful. All along I had the support of the staff and they patiently answered every question. Thank you so much for the excellent service, it is not obvious. I'm sure I'll use your service again. I recently used LitExtension to take the plunge and migrate from Volusion across to Shopify. We had been using Volusion for almost 9 years and had a fair amount of data to migrate! I was rather apprehensive, to say the least, but having contacted the LitExtension team several times before signing up I was always really impressed by the customer service I received.
