LitExtension Store Migration

I'm very happy with this company. I was a little bit worried on migrating all data from Prestashop, but Ken and his teammates made a fantastic job. Any possible issue I found out was quickly solved and they are always available to help. I Highly recommend them.

Our first ever developer-free migration completed today ( from magento2 to Shopify) and Litextension gave outstanding support & service transfering exactly ( and only) the data we needed from our huge, old, patched-together site, seamlessly and conscientiously - working late into the night to complete our final migration. I am eternally grateful for to the whole team, and particularly to Brian & Jay, who hand-held me throughout, going above and beyond with solutions ( like adding a formular to net prices in Magento, so they would show as inc Vat on Shopify - which helped massively:) If you're thinking of migrating away from magento and its lack of control for non-developers like me - DO IT ( I'm free!) ... and DEFINATELY do it with LITEXTENSION.

I used this app and service to migrate my store from Neto. We used the service to migrate our customers, order and products dating back to 2013 into Shopify. I'm really happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future for our other store. The staff were always courteous and accommodating of my requests. I was migrating my shop from Volusion to Shopify (of course one of the sites that doesn't migrate easily to Shopify) and the customer service/chat people at Lit Extension were a HUGE help. I would say if you're moving from Volusion to Shopify to be aware that gift certificates, discount codes and customer email preferences didn't migrate over- luckily I was able to get the 4,500 customer email preferences updates through LitExtension, but not the other things. I did use the self-migrate option, because it was supposed to be simple, but as is everything with Volusion, it was not, so maybe if I used the more expensive option they would have been able to do that for me but I worked with what I had and we FINALLY are up and running.
