An amazing dedicated and thorough team. Was very attentive from the beginning, we were concerned about our large order/customer import from 10+ years of data but LitExtension team was able to transfer everything correctly. When dealing with multiple program/applications including an inventory 3rd party connection it was a little worrisome that some orders would be duplicated but they were able to map everything correctly. Would highly recommend using them for your store transfer. We had already imported our products & categories/collections, but I am sure it would have been just as seamless to use LitExtension for this too. Thank you so much LitExtension team!

Jay made every effort to make sure the mirgration of my Japanese website from BASE to Shopify's platform was a complete success. I was concerned that working across websites with two different languages (Japanese and English) might cause some problems, but Jay was able to migrate everything exactly how I wanted, even changing details like the formatting of names on Shopify to match Japanese customs. While we live 12hrs away from each other, Jay worked late so that we were able to communicate at the end of his day, and I would have mine to test the site and check things. I can't imagine the process being any smoother, Jay's technical skill and helpfulness made a very stressful transition completely easy! I would recommend this service to anyone who needs to migrate any website, I'm positive LitExtension will be the right team!

LitExtension helped me migrate all orders, customers and products from Wix to Shopify. At first I was a bit hesitant to use the app as you need to provide login info. But went ahead and had a great experience!

LitExtension was life saver when we needed to migrate all our orders from Ecwid to Shopify. They also offered three months of support after the migration was completed. I am new to Shopify with no knowledge on how to set it up. It must have been hard for LitExtension to work with us since I had no Idea what was possible vs what was not. However, LitExtension helped throughout the whole process of the migration in a very kind manner.
