LitExtension was life saver when we needed to migrate all our orders from Ecwid to Shopify. They also offered three months of support after the migration was completed. We haven't had one single problem with the migration data. It was a breath of fresh air to still have our old customers' order history in our system. They coded it with a prefix so we could identify the Ecwid store orders. The support staff was very helpful and the transfer was not only seamless but securely completed. We needed to transfer some data due to a move from WooCommerce to Shopify. I am an absolute layman in the subject and Litextension advised me well. Even when we had to go the more complicated way via CSV import, they did it very well. When I noticed things afterwards, they still solved them for us.
I am very pleased.
