I've used LitExtension for my migration from Shopify to BigCommerce. Customer service prior to purchase was great, migration was really quick and well done, the assigned agent helped a lot with some changes and migration updates. Highly recommend!
I tried the demo from Volusion to Shopify and had problems such: fields not being mapped, pages not being mapped - but Harris patiently wrote the API for updating meta-fields and pages. I'm happy with the demo results and have proceeded to start the full migration. If you're with Harris you're in good hands!
Terrific customer service. Quick, efficient, complete. Very helpful. Did everything I needed to get my Order data from WooCommerce into Shopify. I'd give them SIX stars if I could!

The app claims it is a US based company. It is not- The work is being done in Vietnam and communication was difficult because of language barrier and time zone. In addition they wanted full access to the square account which is something I was very uncomfortable with. I provided the access to the items I needed transferred, but they wanted full access to the entire account and my double verification for log in disabled. As a result we cancelled the service and found someone local to assist. This was a waste of energy and time.
Per your reply- in the description of the app in the Shopify App Store it’s states it is a US based company. Thank you for refunding the payment. I was unaware would would have to grant full access to ALL my information when all I needed to migrate was inventory.

Hello- this is an amazing service and app to help facilitate migrating from our old QuickBooks POS system via CSV file to Shopify. We had several thousand record to move over and litextension's platform handled it with ease. I couldn't recommend it more - and wouldn't look anywhere else if you need to move your shopping cart or platform over to Shopify. Their support was also stellar as I had questions along the way. Trust me, this is the place to go if you need a platform to help manage your migration or if you are unsure of how to handle it yourself. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would!

We decided to migrate our shop from an obsolete OsCommerce to a new Shopify shop. We started this project 1.5 years ago, unfortunately we didn't know about the existence of LitExtension (we are not experts on this kind of things, and unfortunately who cared about our shopping platforms didn't tell us about of LE). So we tried obsolete procedures who had lot of troubles, included to not migrate all photos, field incoherence etc.
Fortunately, we discovered about LitExtension and everything changed!
LitExtension team asked us everything we need and started working on. Whenever there was any corrections to be made, they readily made it!
In something like two weeks we are almost ready to change our e-commerce platform!
