Very Very Very and fast :D customer support!
Very very very and fast :) service even when I wanted a late adjustment it wasn't a problem at all!
The lit extension team was super helpful with moving our online store over to shopify. They have a lot of knowledge and were always quick to respond with any questions. I would absolutely recommend LitExtension.
The migration works very well. We migrated from prestashop to shopify and it worked very fine. You have to be very careful if you are not planning to launch your site soon after you migrate because they can ask you for a new fee the next time you want to migrate, the time you have and number of times you can migrate is not very clear. Other than that, it is a time saving. Also, their support is very fast.
LitExtension helped me migrate all orders, customers and products from Wix to Shopify. At first I was a bit hesitant to use the app as you need to provide login info. But went ahead and had a great experience!
My contact, Harry was super professionel and helpful throughout the entire process. Kept me informed along the way and worked very fast even though we're in very different time zones. Would definitely use again for other projects!

Awesome support from the team highly recommended! I used them to migrate products & orders data from woocommerce. Some of the product data required extra coding team able to help to migrate all data flawlessly.
We used the full migration package to migrate our WooCommerce/WordPress site over to Shopify. We were assigned our own migration specialist, Jay, and he has been extremely helpful in helping us with this migration. When I notice something slightly off, Jay is quick to respond and provide solutions. If you are nervous about migrating from Woo to Shopify, this service is a must-have for an accurate migration and peace of mind throughout the process.

Service is great. Reviews didn't import across correctly so Tom kept helping until the problem was solved.
I used the fully managed migration service as I have appx 1700 products in my storage and really preferred to have someone handle it for me. Johnny, the developer / rep who handled my migration, was amazing and worked with me to ensure all the special requirements for my transfer were done. Our store was definitely outside the box for migrations, but he took the time to ensure he understood my needs and got it done. Thanks folks!
