We had to migrate our shop from a platform that wasn't well known or easy to migrate. It was SQL based and used asp to render the products. We had been using this product for close to 19 years and finally had to make a change.
With several thousand products and around 4000 customers we had no idea how we were going to pull it off. I found LitExtension while searching migration apps.
For a very reasonable fee they migrated all my products, including photos, and all our customers. The customers even had their order history migrated. They kept in constant contact and were also very patient with us as we needed to get the products over and fine tune the items that had more then 3 variables. We didn't want the customers brought over till we felt the products and the look of the new site was where we needed it to be.
It honestly was a very smooth migration. LitExtension did exactly what they told us they were going to do.
