Littledata ‑ Revenue Tracking

There are so many great things to say about Littledata! Our store had zero Google Analytics tracking before setting up Littledata. The tutorial they provided was easy to follow, and when we encountered one minor issue the support team was responsive and quickly helped us resolve the issue. Littledata has helped us work on funnel gaps by providing fantastic easy-to-read insight in GA. Thanks to that insight, we were able to make changes and nearly double our checkout conversion! The Free plan is meeting our needs right now, but as we grow Littledata will definitely be an app we keep on board.

Very useful app. Helped to minimize the data gap we had in GA. Love that it embeds ClientIDs for both UA-3 and GA-4 into the Shopify analytics overview. The app also shows the user journey in GA. FINALLY! I’m a developer and after years of looking for a solution that would get accurate e-commerce data into Google Analytics, I finally found it. I can’t say enough positive things about Littledata. It’s worth every penny.
We used to have lots of missing orders and transaction data in GA, but now we have *literally* 100% accuracy and can compare our data between GA and Shopify to gather more useful insights. Also, the customer service team is fantastic. Whenever I have questions, they get back to me within an hour. And the responses aren’t just cookie cutter replies. They actually look into your issue and give specific advice.

Their customer service basically doesn't understand any technology, I asked them to help me install google purchase events, but they basically couldn't provide any help. I wasted almost a month on this app and got nothing. Sales fell sharply. It is not recommended to use this app, it is a huge trap
