    We used the app for about 3 years. I liked the granularity of the data reporting for our shop which uses the Recharge shopping cart, but the insights weren't that valuable over and above what GA gave us. The pricing model irks me - after using it for 3 years we hit a threshold where we were doing enough transactions and the cost would more than double with no added benefit. smaller, incremental price rises would have been a lot more tolerable. That in itself was annoying, but I was also getting 2-3 reminders a day about upgrading. Additionally, while I was in this upgrade now automated-spam-flow, Littledata used several of our product images and name in a social media promotion, indicating we endorsed them... without our approval or even bothering to engage us. When I asked customer service about it, I was initially ignored. I made a comment on their instragram post so they deleted the post immediately, but continued to use our images for the following 4 days on LinkedIn, removing the copy reference and link to our business. It was all a bit of a storm in a team cup really - all I wanted was for a human to talk to me and ask if it was OK to use our images. Instead, they were dismissive and sneaky. The whole episode presented them as a company who don't care about its customers. TLDR: Product is OK. Pricing is punishing Company values don't match mine.

    Game changer and no-brainer if you take your Shop analytics seriously. It fixed Shopify issue with lost GA transactions instantly. PS: I only would like to see "cheaper" plan as 1500 orders limit in the basic plan is way too much for most of the shops at the beggining.

    FINALLY! I’m a developer and after years of looking for a solution that would get accurate e-commerce data into Google Analytics, I finally found it. I can’t say enough positive things about Littledata. It’s worth every penny.
    We used to have lots of missing orders and transaction data in GA, but now we have *literally* 100% accuracy and can compare our data between GA and Shopify to gather more useful insights. Also, the customer service team is fantastic. Whenever I have questions, they get back to me within an hour. And the responses aren’t just cookie cutter replies. They actually look into your issue and give specific advice.
