We love the app! We're using the free version, and everything we need is possible. All widgets I need are ready and easy to set up, such as live chat, chatbot, call, social media icons.

Very basic, no optimizations available. The chatbot doesn't got enough templates to compete with other solutions, but it's free

We have been trying to reach out to the merchant via email to know what optimization and customization they needed, but they haven't replied yet.
They had only spent 20 mins to install our application and give a bad review. Maybe it is from our competitors.

Our app supports very advanced settings to custom and builds chatbots for your website and Messenger also.
But the example templates are just the basic template to help our customers understand chatbots and build a chatbot step by step. Mostly, customers need to customize it to fit with their business. If you need any support to custom a chatbot for your business, please let us know.
