The app has been a great addition to my website. The reason for the 5 star review is truly the customer service. I have had several issues/questions that have required reaching out to customer service. They have been able to address/resolve all of the issues/questions quickly.

Just moved all my custom options to this app 100%. I started using their other app Upload Lift ( so customers can upload photos and files ) and I was so impressed with the ability to upload multiple files at once because no other app allows you to do it without making an extra field for each file and it was just getting too busy if you need to collect 4 or 5 images. So I was using their uploader in combination with other custom options app but when I heard that they are launching their own custom option app I was really looking forward to it so I can keep my options all under one app. At first, it didn't have a price add-on option but Michael said that they are working on adding this feature and as promised it was added just 2 weeks later. Had some issues with the price add-on feature and my currency converter app but Michael took care of it and now everything is running as expected and the product page looks super clean and professional. Best file uploader and custom product options app from all I have tried. Took a bit of time to get used to navigation but once you get the feel of it it's a straightforward process. Thanks again !

I have tested many other similar Shopify Apps for dynamic modification of products images. However, only Cloudlift and Live Product Options App has provided a fully workable solution. The control logic works excellent and the App has loads of functionality. Plus customer support is excellent. I would recommend Live Product Options to anyone, or, suggest they try the Free Trial first.

The best app for custom product options that we have seen for Shopify. Very comprehensive in terms of options and setup. They have far exceeded almost 100% of what we needed.

Moreover, the support is excellent. They respond quickly and almost always provide a good solution to your problem.

Highly recommended if you need an app of this type for your store.

scoured shopify looking for an app that allows customisable logos onto products and it was like a needle in a haystack, but once i found Live Product Options it was a eurika moment, it work superbly and will surely help sell our private and white label product online.

The app inherits the aesthetic of your website, and you can customize fonts, size, and colors. Translation: if you are running a multilingual website, you can easily translate words and sentences within the app, and do not need to worry about the product options app not being compatible with your translation app. Value for money: the pricing depends on the number of products sold and not on the functionalities, which means you can get access to an incredibly powerful product options app with an infinite number of features and functionalities, and you pay more as you grow.

I would highly recommend this app! It is great for what I am doing with my products. It's very easy to use. The support is also great! I've had a couple of questions and they are very responsive.
