great app, very flexible and lot of possibilities
This app is very reliable. It calculates the option price automatically. And also the support team is incredibly great. I could set up easily with their help.

Initially, we were very happy with the app and the support provided. However, as our usage scaled to around 500 interactions per month, a couple of issues emerged (noted below) , and the initial support experience for the latest issues was a little underwhelming. That said, support did come through in the end.
- Occasionally, customer preview images wouldn’t attach to the order. We were told this may occur if the customer's device doesn’t have enough memory to generate the preview image before adding it to the cart. The app builders preferred the app to still be able to add the product to the cart without the preview versus the add to cart not working at all. Whilst understandable (and preferable to the cart failing), it can add time to the process of creating the product with the customer selections when previews are missing. This is not so much an shortcoming with the app, but rather just something to be aware of when using the app (which we were not at the time).
- In another case, customer form selections were completely missing from an order, despite validation rules being in place. Support initially responded that they couldn’t replicate the issue and were therefore unable to help, which was frustrating.
After posting our review, support re-engaged promptly. They investigated further, requested collaborator access, and identified that the issue stemmed from a setup error on our side. One part was resolved directly by support, and they provided documentation to help us resolve the second part. This was appreciated.
That said, while the issues were caused by incorrect initial setup (by us), it would have been more helpful if the initial support response had included possible causes like configuration issues - especially given the symptoms described. A more thoughtful support process from the start would have avoided much frustration.
Updated nov 2025: Just thought we would add a limitation we recently discovered. If a customer adds a product to the cart that has used LPO (live product options), and then does not checkout, then if they subsequently do complete checkout by clicking on an “abandoned cart email” automatically sent by your store, then all the options the customer selected will be erased and the customer can check out with a blank product. App support advised “Shopify does not allow third-party option data or app data to be injected into the default Abandoned Checkout Email. That email is controlled by Shopify, and the content is locked down for security and deliverability reasons.” We were not aware of this limitation. The only workaround appears to be stop your abandoned cart flow (email), or don’t use the app.
In summary: The app is great and does what is says on the can. When support is proactive, they’re excellent. We’ve revised our rating to 4 stars to reflect both the initial frustration and the strong recovery by the support team. As always, happy to (and will) review this score going forward.

The support staff have been very helpful on all occasions I have needed assistance. Very quick to reply and straight to rectify the issue!
The only negative I have had with the app is I have found discount codes have clashed with live product options. I haven't yet found a way around this.

Regarding discounts, our app supports various checkout settings, the newest setting "Checkout extensibility" supports all native discounts from Shopify.

L'appli est vraiment souple et adaptable. On l'utilise depuis plus d'un an maintenant et elle nous a permis de mettre en place exactement les options dont on avait besoin, avec le niveau de personnalisation que l'on souhaitait. I've finally found everything I need in one single app! I had been searching for a solution that combines product options with volume discount functionality, but all the apps I tried before either only offered one or weren't compatible with each other. Nothing really worked the way I needed it to until now.
This app has both features in one, and it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing missing was some simple style settings, like basic color adjustments, but the support team helped me with everything and customized the design exactly how I wanted it. Their help was fast, kind, and super professional.
