There are videos on how to everything readily available as well.

The support staff answers quickly and thoroughly every time I have questions.

This app is really amazing! It's the best app to sell customized products. I tried all of the other apps in the store and no other can compare to this one. It has many amazing functionalities and works perfectly with your theme. You can even use custom fonts. Besides that the customer support is great as well and really helpful and nice!
