I requested assistance with the installation to my store, but they insisted on not helping and acted incomprehensibly. Later, while I was emailing with Michael, who claimed to be the owner of the app, they removed the app from my store without asking me or getting permission. As if not helping was not enough, they also victimized me by removing the app from my store without permission. I recommend you to think twice before using it.
Merchant received a free 45 minutes onboarding call, our team clearly explained that his requirements are achievable using our app. We've also answered all his tickets.
His replies were rude and unprofessional (threatening bad review).
We are proud to work with many professional merchants and don't accept this behavior. Refund provided.

In short, I love this app. It offers various customisation and personalisation options for various products and their variants.
I sell personalised tote bags and I wanted to give my customers the option to see how their product would look prior to purchase, so the visualiser tool is exactly what I was after.

I am using it only for a few weeks, but it does its work. It has a lot of options and configurations, so probably will work in most cases. Support is helpful and responsive.

Am Anfang gab es ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit den Einstellungen. Der Support hat sich aber in wenigen Stunden gemeldet und alle Probleme innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst. Ich kann die App weiterempfehlen.

Très facile à utiliser, elle inclut tout ce dont j'ai besoin pour personnaliser mes produits. Même les petits détails ont été soigneusement pensés. J’ai testé plusieurs autres solutions avant celle-ci, et c’est de loin la meilleure. De plus, leur service client est remarquable et très rapide.
